Available Grants

The Orange County Community Foundation’s grant programs are made possible by the income earned from unrestricted, field-of-interest endowment funds and legacy funds. Grants from these permanent funds at the community foundation are determined through research of community need and approved by OCCF’s board. In addition, we periodically administer grant programs in partnership with statewide and national foundations as well as OCCF donors to advance special projects and initiatives in Orange County.

This section includes the different areas of granting focus. Visit any listed area for details on available programs, qualification criteria, proposal requirements and applications. Nonprofit agencies wishing to apply should pay special attention to timelines and criteria, as unsolicited grant proposals are not accepted. Every grant program has a formal application and its own annual cycle. If you are a previous or current OCCF grantee, all reporting requirements must be current or your agency will not be considered for funding.
